丝杠变形的方法

1、在卡盘的每只卡爪与工件之间垫入4毫米×10毫米的钢丝,夹入长度为15到20毫米。这样在垫入钢丝后,就可以使工作件与卡爪之间成线接触,从而使工件与卡爪之间可以有稍许相对运动,避免工作件被卡爪卡死,起到方向调节的作用,减少工件的弯曲变形。
