一、通过轴承润滑剂的状态进行识别
1、 Identification by the status of the bearing lubricant
首先,对润滑剂进行采样分析,通过其污浊程度是否混入异物或金属粉末等进行判断。此方法对不能靠近观察的轴承或大型轴承尤为有用。

二、通过专人或听音器、听音棒进行轴承声音识别

通过声音进行识别需要有丰富的经验。必 须经过充分的训练达到能够识别直线轴承声音与非轴承声音。为此,应尽量由专人来进行这项工作。用听音器或听音棒贴在外壳上可清楚地听到直线轴承的声音。

三、通过直线轴承的工作温度进行识别

该方法属比较识别法,于用在运转状态不太变化的场合。为此,必 须进行温度的连续记录。出现故障时,不仅温度升高,还会出现不规则变化。
