滚珠丝杠怎么安装?

滚珠丝杠,属于机床轴承中的一个分类,是能将回转运动转化为直线运动,或将直线运动转化为回转运动的理想的机床轴承产品。滚珠丝杠由螺杆、螺母、反向装置和滚珠组成,滚珠丝杠的主要功能是将旋转运动转化成直线运动,或将扭矩转换成轴向反覆作用力,并且同时兼具高精度、可逆性和效率高等特点。

一端固定,另一端支承这种安装方式,固定端的轴承同样也是可以同时承受轴向力和径力,而支承端只承受径向力,并且能够做微量的轴向浮动,以及可以减少或者避免因丝杠自重而出现的弯曲,另外,丝杠的滚珠丝杠支撑轴承热变形可以自由的向一端伸长。因此,这是使用广泛的一种结构。比如:国内中小型数控车床、立式加工点等等都是采用这种结构。

丝杠两端均固定这种方式,固定端轴承可以同时承受轴向力,并且可以对丝杠施加适当的预紧力,以提高丝杠的支承刚度,同时还可以部分地补偿丝杠的热变形。因此,大型机床、重型机床以及高精度镗铣床大多都是采用这种结构。当然,其也有不足的地方,那就是采用这种结构的话会使得调整工作比较繁琐;此外,如果在安装调整时两端的预紧力过大的话,将会导致丝杠终的行程比设计行程长,螺距也会比设计螺距大;而如果两端螺母的预紧力不够的话,就会导致相反的结果,从而容易引起机床振动,致使精度降低。因此,如果是采用两端固定这种结构的话,那么在拆装时一定要严格按照说明书来进行调整,或者是借助仪器(双频激光干涉仪)来调整,以免造成一些不必要的损失。
