注意:安装使用之螺丝需先洗净,并确认规格与滑轨相符,才可锁紧螺丝。

3. 按顺序将滑轨的定位螺丝锁紧,使滑轨与转向安装面紧密相接。

4.使用扭矩扳手,将装配螺丝按规定的扭矩锁紧,使其紧密相接。

注意:滑轨装配螺丝的锁紧顺序是,从中位置开始向端部按照顺序锁紧,这样也可获得稳定。

5.其馀的滑轨也依同样的方法安装值到全部完成。

6.将专用防麈盖一点一点地敲入装配螺丝孔,到与滑轨的上面同一平面为止。

滑块的安装

1.将工作台慢慢地装在滑块上,螺丝非正式锁紧

2.通过定位螺将滑块的基准侧与工作台侧面基准面接触上,使工作台定位

3.正式锁紧基凖侧和被动侧的装配螺丝安装完成。

此方法对于找出滑轨的直线度并不费时,且不需要加工用于固定的定位销;因此,可大幅度缩短安装时间.
