The ambient temperature directly affects the selection of lubricating grease. Generally speaking, when the service temperature is lower than 60 ℃, the oxidation reaction of bearing is not obvious; However, when the temperature exceeds 60 ℃, the oxidation rate increases exponentially for every 10 ℃, and the service life of lubricating oil may be halved. In order to reduce the temperature of lubricating oil in lubricating parts or lubricating system, YTP linear bearing can consider adding cooler or heat sink to prolong the service life of lubricating oil. Then, what are the effects of environmental conditions on the installation accuracy of YTP linear bearing? Here are some points for your reference:

1、各种机械伤痕，诸如磨伤，划伤、压伤、碰伤等，都会造成轴承安装不良，引起偏载和应力集中，造成旋转精度和使用寿命的下降。

1. Various mechanical scars, such as abrasion, scratch, crush and collision, will cause poor bearing installation, eccentric load and stress concentration, and reduce the rotation accuracy and service life.

2、锈蚀、黑皮和麻点，后两种是容易储存水分和污物的缺陷，容易发展成锈蚀。而锈蚀则是导致安装不良、早期磨损和疲劳的污染源，严重的锈蚀会使YTP轴承报废。

2. Rust, black skin and pitting. The latter two are defects that are easy to store moisture and dirt, which are easy to develop into rust. Corrosion is the pollution source leading to poor installation, early wear and fatigue. Serious corrosion will scrap YTP bearings.

3、各种裂纹，诸如原材料裂纹，锻造裂纹、热处理裂纹和磨削裂纹等，这些裂纹在以后轴承的运转过程中，将成为应力集中源而迅速扩大，造成轴承破裂，对进口轴承寿命和工作性影响极大。事实上，对于重要用途的YTP轴承，轴承厂已对其组成零件进行100％磁力或射线探伤检查。

3. Various cracks, such as raw material cracks, forging cracks, heat treatment cracks and grinding cracks, will become a source of stress concentration and expand rapidly in the later operation of the bearing, resulting in bearing fracture, which has a great impact on the service life and workability of the imported bearing. In fact, for YTP bearings with important applications, the bearing factory has conducted 100% magnetic or radiographic inspection on its components.

4、起皮和折叠，这两种缺陷的局部与基体金属结合不牢，而且其周围往往不同程度地存在着脱碳或贫碳现象，材料容易崩落、压凹或磨耗，对轴承寿命和精度很不利。

4. Peeling and folding, the local combination of these two defects with the base metal is not firm, and decarburization or carbon deficiency often exist around them to varying degrees. The material is easy to collapse, dent or wear, which is very unfavorable to the service life and accuracy of the bearing.

固定端前YTP轴承在轴上的安装：将轴承用洁净的清洗煤油进行彻底清洗，对于脂润滑，先将含有3％～5％润滑脂的有机溶剂注入轴承作脱脂清洗后，再用油枪将定量的润滑脂填入轴承内；加热轴承使升温20～30℃，用油压机将进口轴承装入轴端；将紧定套压在轴上并以合适的压力抵住YTP轴承端面使其轴向定位；将弹簧秤的带子卷在轴承外圈上，用测量启动力矩的方法校验所规定的预负荷是否有大幅度的变动。

Installation of YTP bearing on the shaft before the fixed end: thoroughly clean the bearing with clean cleaning kerosene. For grease lubrication, first inject organic solvent containing 3% ~ 5% grease into the bearing for degreasing and cleaning, and then fill a certain amount of grease into the bearing with an oil gun; Heat the bearing to raise the temperature by 20 ~ 30 ℃, and install the inlet bearing into the shaft end with an oil press; Press the set sleeve on the shaft and press the YTP bearing end face with appropriate pressure to make it axially positioned; Roll the belt of the spring scale on the outer ring of the bearing, and check whether the specified preload changes greatly by measuring the starting torque.
