滚珠丝杠的内循环和外循环

1)外循环:外循环是滚珠在循环全过程完毕后根据螺母外表层的螺旋式槽或置管回到滚珠丝杠螺母间再次进到循环,外循环滚珠滚珠丝杠螺母副按滚珠循环时的回到方法具体有轴承端盖式、置管式和螺旋式槽体式。常见外循环方法轴承端盖式;置管式;螺旋式槽体式。轴承端盖式,在螺母上生产加工一竖向孔,做为滚珠的往返通道,螺母两边的后盖板上开了滚珠的往返口,滚珠从而进到往返管,产生循环。置管式,它用弯头做为回到管路,这类构造工艺性能好,可是因为管路突显螺母身体之外,切向规格比较大。螺旋式槽体式,它是在螺母内孔上铣出螺旋式槽,槽的两边钻出来埋孔并与外螺纹滚道相切,产生回到通道,这类构造比置管式构造切向规格小,但生产制造较繁杂。外循环滚珠滚珠丝杠外循环构造和生产技术简易,应用普遍。其缺陷是滚道接口处难以做得光滑,危害滚珠燕尾导轨的稳定性。

The embedded holes are drilled on both sides of the groove and tangent to the external thread raceway, resulting in a return to the safety channel. This kind of structure is smaller than the tangential specification of the tubular structure, but the production is more complicated. External circulation ball screw external circulation structure and production technology are simple and widely used. Its defect is that the raceway interface is difficult to be smooth, which endangers the stability of the ball dovetail guide.
2)内循环:内循环均选用反向器完成滚珠循环,反向器有三种种类。圆柱体凸键反向器,它的圆柱体一部分置入螺母内,顶端开了反向槽2。反向槽靠圆柱体外圆面以及上端圆键1定位,以确保指向外螺纹滚道方位。扁圆形镶块反向器,反向器为一般圆口轴孔镶块,镶块置入螺母的切槽中,其端部开了反向槽
