直线轴承的振动与噪声的注意

为了从直线轴承取得佳的运转性能,内圈与轴以及外圈与轴承座孔之间的配合须正确。若配合表面接合不充分,轴承套圈可能在轴上或在直线轴承座孔中作圆周运动。这种现象称为蠕动。一旦配合表面开始蠕动,轴承套圈将开始过度磨损,并可损伤轴和轴承座,磨料碎片可能进入轴承,引起不正常的发热或振动。
