线性滑轨和直线导轨是怎么组装的

线性滑轨一般在出厂前都加注了润滑油,安装在设备上后再加注润滑油,切莫不可在导轨滑块无润滑的状态下试运行操作。
Linear slides are usually filled with lubricating oil before they leave the factory. After installing on the equipment, they are added with lubricating oil. It is absolutely necessary to test-run the slider without lubrication.
直线导轨端部以及侧面均有塑料零部件,安装时切记不要用硬的工具锤击,在安装后进行试运行时,不要让任何物件超速时对其碰撞,以免导致机械故障影响不良反应。
There are plastic parts at the end and side of the linear guide. When installing, don't hammer with hard tools. When running after installation, don't let any objects collide with them when exceeding speed, so as to avoid adverse reactions caused by mechanical failure.
线性滑轨主要是用在精度要求比较高的机械结构上和自动化机械上,线性滑轨属于高质量,高精度,设计的产品,但在使用时也难免会出现故障,为了减少故障,保证的使用,组装过程中要注意以下事项:
Linear slideway is mainly used in mechanical structure and automation machinery with high precision requirements. Linear slideway belongs to high quality, high precision and safe design products. But when it is used, it will inevitably fail. In order to reduce the failures and ensure safe use, the following points should be paid attention to in the assembly process:
1、标准端盖是用塑料制成的。如用力敲打或碰撞,就会使其受损,故要加以注意。
1. Standard end caps are made of plastic. If hit or collide hard, it will be damaged, so we should pay attention to it.
2、如擅自拆卸各部位,就会导致粉尘的进入或使各部位组合精度的下降,为此,如不是万不得已的情况,请不要轻易拆卸。


2. If the parts are disassembled without authorization, the dust will enter or the precision of the parts will decrease. For this reason, if it is not a last resort, please do not disassemble easily.
3、有时只需倾斜导轨,滑块就会移动,所以这时应注意不要使滑块从导轨上脱落下来。
3. Sometimes only tilt the guide rail, the slider will move, so we should pay attention not to make the slider fall off the guide rail.
4、互换性产品(即导轨和滑块可以任意匹配的产品)的滑块是以装在暂用轴上的形式提供的。为此,在与线性滑轨相组合时,请加以留意。
4. The sliders of interchangeable products (i.e. products with arbitrary matching slides and guideways) are provided in the form of temporary axles. Therefore, when combined with linear slides, please pay attention to it.
