具体方法是：将钢球放在滚珠丝杆一端上面的中心孔里面，看一下它轴向窜动的情况，与此同时用百分表来检测机床工作台的移动情况。滚珠丝杆的正反两面都是要检测的，检测的方法都是一样，但是每次检测的时候都要将百分表上面的数值记录下来，然后做一下比较，这样就可以大致确认滚珠丝杆故障出现的位置了。

The specific method is to place the steel ball in the center hole above one end of the ball screw, observe its axial movement, and at the same time use a dial gauge to detect the movement of the machine tool workbench. The front and back sides of the ball screw need to be tested, and the testing method is the same. However, during each test, the value on the dial gauge should be recorded and compared to roughly confirm the location of the ball screw fault.

那么，当轴承、丝杆螺母副的润滑性降低的时候要如何检测呢?对于经验比较丰富的老师傅来说，机床在工作过程中发出的声音就可以辨别润滑的状况，如果润滑状况很差的话机床还会发生很大的颤动。这种状况一般会发生在使用时间比较久的老机床身上，对于新买的机床是不会出现这种问题的。因为老机床在长期使用过程中会有积累一定的灰尘堵塞自动润滑系统。

So, how should we detect when the lubrication of bearings and screw nut pairs decreases? For experienced teachers, the sound produced by the machine tool during operation can distinguish the lubrication condition. If the lubrication condition is poor, the machine tool will also experience significant vibration. This situation usually occurs on old machine tools that have been in use for a long time, and this problem will not occur on newly purchased machine tools.
