Tutorial for installing screw guide rails

  一、导轨安装面行刮研处理。

1、 The installation surface of the guide rail should be scraped and polished first.

  二、用油石油基面及侧面并清理干净。

2、 Use oil and oil to clean the base and sides.

  三、把导轨与基面接触的导轨面清洁干净后再进行安放。注意事项:1、导轨轻拿轻放。

3、 Clean the surface of the guide rail in contact with the base surface before placing it. Notes: 1. Handle the guide rail with care.

  2、导轨应与基面的侧面贴紧。

2. The guide rail should be tightly attached to the side of the base surface.

  3、螺栓拧紧即可。

3. Just tighten the bolts.

  四、使用光管找导轨的平面度和直线度。

4、 Use a light tube to find the flatness and straightness of the guide rail.

  注意事项:1、反光镜要固定在导轨的滑块上,固定要牢固(用橡皮泥固定)。

Attention: 1. The reflector should be fixed on the slider of the guide rail, and the fixation should be firm (fixed with rubber putty).

  2、观察镜的微调刻度是一格0.001mm。

2. The fine adjustment scale of the observation mirror is 0.001mm per grid.

  3、光管与反光镜要在一条直线上,通过观察镜可以看到绿十字线和基线。

  五、校正平面度。

5、 Correct flatness.

  1)、把观察镜调成与导轨平行的方向。数值变化为逆时针为负,顺时针为正。绿色十字线高于基线说明这点高。绿十字线低于基线说明这点低。

1) Adjust the observation mirror to be parallel to the guide rail. The value changes counterclockwise to negative and clockwise to positive. The green cross line above the baseline indicates a high point. The green cross below the baseline indicates a low point.

  2)、导轨分段,导轨上面有螺栓孔,两个螺栓孔之间为一段,这样导轨就分成几段。把反光镜移动到靠近光管的那一段上面,调整绿十字线和基线重合,刻度调成0.把这个段作为基准段。

2) The guide rail is divided into several sections, with bolt holes on top of the guide rail and a section between the two bolt holes. Move the reflector to the section closest to the light tube, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, and adjust the scale to 0. Use this section as the reference section.

  3)、反光镜移动到下一段,调整绿十字线和基线重合,看刻度,把数值记录下来,依次到一段。

3) Move the reflector to the next section, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, observe the scale, record the values, and proceed to the last section.

  4)、开始调整导轨的螺栓,原则是那个点高就紧螺栓,低则松螺栓。5)、重复以上的调试过程,直到调到公差范围即可(0.003mm)。

4) Start adjusting the bolts of the guide rail. The principle is to tighten the bolts at the high point and loosen the bolts at the low point. 5) Repeat the above debugging process until the tolerance range is reached (0.003mm).

  6)、如果无法调整到公差范围,那个点高,那段位置的基面需要重新刮研。然后再进行调整,直到完成。

  六、校正直线度。

6、 Correct straightness.

  1)、把观察镜调成与导轨垂直。数值变化为逆时针为正,顺时针为负。绿色十字线在基线的右侧说明这点高。绿十字线在基线的左侧说明这点低。

1) Adjust the observation mirror to be perpendicular to the guide rail. The value changes counterclockwise to positive and clockwise to negative. The green cross line on the right side of the baseline indicates a high point. The green cross on the left side of the baseline indicates a low point.

  2)、把导轨压块放入槽中,稍微拧紧即可(力度不能过大)。

2) Place the guide rail pressure block into the slot and tighten it slightly (the force should not be too strong).

  3)、两个压块之间为一段,这样把导轨分成若干段。把反光镜移动到靠近光管的那一段上面,调整绿十字线和基线重合,刻度调成0.把这个段作为基准段。

3) The guide rail is divided into several sections by forming a section between two pressure blocks. Move the reflector to the section closest to the light tube, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, and adjust the scale to 0. Use this section as the reference section.

  4)、反光镜移动到下一段,调整绿十字线和基线重合,看刻度,把数值记录下来,依次到一段。

4) Move the reflector to the next section, adjust the green cross line to coincide with the baseline, observe the scale, record the values, and proceed to the last section.

  5)、开始调整压块的螺栓,原则是那个点高就紧螺栓,送则松螺栓。6)、重复以上的调试过程,直到调到公差范围即可(0.003mm)。

5) Start adjusting the bolts of the pressure block. The principle is to tighten the bolts at that point and loosen them when sending. 6) Repeat the above debugging process until the tolerance range is reached (0.003mm).
