导轨抗腐蚀材料有哪些?

  导轨作为各类设备中用于支撑和引导运动的关键部件,常处于潮湿、多尘或有化学介质的环境中,抗腐蚀性能是选择材料时的重要考量。目前常用的导轨抗腐蚀材料可分为金属材料、非金属材料及复合材料,各类材料凭借不同的特性,适用于不同的腐蚀环境。

The commonly used corrosion-resistant materials for guide rails can be divided into metallic materials, non-metallic materials, and composite materials. It is suitable for guide rails under light load conditions and will not expand or deform due to water absorption in humid environments, with a long service life. Ceramic materials have extremely high chemical stability, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and high surface smoothness, making them suitable for use in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments. However, they are brittle and prone to fracture when subjected to severe impacts. Collision should be avoided during installation and use.
