一、双推一自由方式
1、 Double push and one free mode
将THK滚珠丝杠一端固定,端自由。固定端轴承同时承受轴向力和径向力。这种支承方式用于行程小的短丝杠。
Fix one end of THK ball screw with free end. The fixed end bearing bears both axial and radial forces. This supporting method is used for short lead screw with small stroke.
二、双推一支承方式
2、 Double push and one support mode
THK滚珠丝杠一端固定,另一端支承。固定端轴承同时承受轴向力和径向力;支承端轴承只承受径向力,而且能作微量的轴向浮动,可以避免或减少丝杠因自重而出现的弯曲。同时THK滚珠丝杠热变形可以自由地向一端伸长。
One end of THK ball screw is fixed and the other end is supported. The fixed end bearing can bear both axial force and radial force; the bearing at the supporting end only bears radial force and can make a small amount of axial floating, which can avoid or reduce the bending of lead screw due to self weight. At the same time, the thermal deformation of THK ball screw can freely extend to one end.
三、双推一双推方式
3、 Double push one double push mode


THK滚珠丝杠两端均固定。固定端轴承都可以同时承受轴向力和径向力,这种支承方式,可以对THK滚珠丝杠施加适当的预拉力,提高丝杠支承刚度,可以部分补偿丝杠的热变形。
Both ends of THK ball screw are fixed. The fixed end bearing can bear both axial force and radial force at the same time. This support method can exert proper pre tension on THK ball screw, improve the screw support stiffness and partially compensate the thermal deformation of the screw.
四、采用THK滚珠丝杠固定、螺母旋转的传动方式
4、 THK ball screw fixed, nut rotation transmission mode
此时,THK滚珠螺母一边转动、一边沿固定的丝杠作轴向移动:由于丝杠不动,可避免受临界转速的限制,避免了细长THK滚珠丝杠高速运转时出现的种种问题。螺母惯性小、运动灵活,可实现的转速高。此种方式可以对丝杠施加较大的预拉力,提高丝杠支承刚度,补偿丝杠的热变形。
At this time, the THK ball nut rotates and moves axially along the fixed lead screw. As the screw does not move, it can avoid the limitation of critical speed and various problems in the high-speed operation of the slender THK ball screw.
