润滑脂的给脂频率依据运用条件与环境而有所不同,一般现象建议每作业100KM的间隔弥补润滑脂一次,油润滑方法建议选用粘度为30~150cst的润滑油。

丝杆所运用的润滑剂,润滑脂是运用锂皂基尼系之润滑油,其粘度30~40cst(40℃)滑油运用ISO等级32~100。

选择依据:

1.低温用处时:运用基油黏度低的润滑剂。

2.高温,高负荷或摇摆,低速用处时:运用基油黏度高的润滑剂。
2. High temperature, high load or rocking, low speed use: use base oil lubricant with high viscosity.
设备在长期作业后许多零件温度都会上升,这是会影响设备的作业效率。而高精准的设备影响更大,是会损坏精准度。滚珠丝杆是许多设备上都会运用的零件,作业时间久了,温度就会上升,这样就会让精准度下降,这就需要做降温处理。那都有哪些降温处理方法?

3、选择适合的润滑剂很重要;

4、如有条件,运用润滑油或凉气对丝杆轴进行强制冷却。
