滚珠丝杠杆与梯形丝杆自锁分析

滚珠丝杠使用的是循-环滚珠轴承,方便以大限度减小摩擦以及效率的提-高,而梯形丝杆就是要利用滑动表面之间的低摩擦系数。所以,梯形丝杆通常没有滚珠丝杠的效率高。
The ball screw uses the circular ball bearing to reduce the friction and improve the efficiency. The trapezoidal screw uses the low friction coefficient between the sliding surfaces. Therefore, trapezoidal screw is usually not as efficient as ball screw.
分析摩擦学机制就能够发现:滑动摩擦的可预测性低于采用循-环滚珠技数的传动。疲劳寿命方程在其适用范围内可靠。

综合以上,就可以知道滚珠丝杠和梯形丝杆是因为预测性能和寿命的能力有所差异,所以在应用领域也有很大的区别。

而梯形丝杆的尺寸很小,设计起来很灵活,在正常使用的情况下噪音很小,耐腐蚀性能好,可以为了满-足垂直应用需求而配置自锁功能。它们在很多应用领域发挥着重要作用,当然本身也有一些限制。
