滚珠丝杠副轴向间隙调整的两种方法

滚珠丝杠调整轴向间隙的基本原理就是压缩滚珠和丝杠螺母之间的间隙,增加刚性,致使滚珠丝杠副在运行过程中达到预期的精度。

一、双螺母预紧方式
1、 Double nut pre tightening method


1、压缩预紧:通过二螺母间的预压片,片小一点,将二螺母紧紧拉在一起,达到预紧
1. Compression preloading: pull the two nuts tightly together through the preloading piece between the two nuts, which is a little smaller, to achieve preloading
2、拉伸预紧:同压缩相反,预压片厚,挤压二螺母,分开螺母,达到预紧
2. Tension preloading: opposite to compression, preload the plate thickness, squeeze the two nuts and separate the nuts to achieve preloading
3、螺纹预紧:旋动两个螺母间的预调螺丝,是螺母相向或反向错动,达到预紧
3. Thread pre tightening: screw the pre-adjusting screw between two nuts to achieve pre tightening by staggering the nuts in the opposite direction or reverse direction
4、齿差预紧:在一个螺母和垫片上钻有几个空,用销子配合不同的孔达到预紧
4. Pre tightening of tooth difference: several holes are drilled on a nut and gasket, and the pre tightening is achieved by matching different holes with pins

2、 Single nut pre tightening
1、大钢珠预紧,钢珠比珠槽大,四点接触,以此达到预紧。
1. The large steel ball is pre tensioned. The steel ball is larger than the ball groove and contacts at four points to achieve pre tightening.
2、导程偏移预紧,即螺母里的珠槽,与螺杆上的珠槽,有反方向的一个位移差,以此来达到预紧。
2. Lead offset pre tightening means that there is a displacement difference in the opposite direction between the bead groove in the nut and the bead groove on the screw to achieve pre tightening.
