丝杠的安装方式与与应用场景

1、两端固定
1. Fixed at both ends
两端都是采用一对角接触轴承进行轴向固定,用于中速旋转、精度高的场合,但对零件的加工精度和装配要求也高。
Both ends are axially fixed using diagonal contact bearings for medium speed rotation and high precision applications, but there are also high requirements for the machining accuracy and assembly of the parts.
2、一端固定,一端支撑
2. One end fixed, one end supported
一端都是采用一对角接触轴承进行轴向固定,一端都是采用一个深沟球轴承支撑,更常用的安装方式,用于中速、高速旋转;中、高精度的场合。
One end is axially fixed using a diagonal contact bearing, while the other end is supported by a deep groove ball bearing. The most commonly used installation method is for medium and high-speed rotation; Medium to high precision applications.


3、两端支撑
3. Support at both ends
两端都是采用深沟球轴承进行支撑,用于轴向负载小的场合,此方式比较少用。
Both ends are supported by deep groove ball bearings, which are rarely used in situations with small axial loads.
4、一端固定,一端自由
4. One end fixed, one end free
一端都是采用一对角接触轴承进行轴向固定,另一端不做任何支撑,用于轴长较短(受空间限制)低速旋转、中等精度的场合。
One end is fixed axially using a diagonal contact bearing, while the other end is not supported. It is used in situations where the shaft length is short (limited by space) and rotates at low speeds with medium accuracy.
