布氏硬度:主要用于测定铸造、锻造、有色金属零件、热轧钢坯的硬度和退火,测量范围≯HB450。

2. 洛氏硬度:HRA主要用于高硬度试件,用于测定材料和表面硬度高于HRC67的材料,如硬质合金、氮化钢等。测定范围为HRA>70。HRC主要用于钢件(如碳钢、工具钢、合金钢等)淬火、回火后的硬度测定。测量范围为HRC20~67。
