对导轨丝杠的基本要求有哪些?

1.导向精度高导向精度是指THK导轨运动轨迹的准确程度,它是导轨副的重要精度指标。运动件的实际运动轨迹与给定方向之间的偏差越小,则导向精度越高。

1. High guiding precision the guiding precision refers to the accuracy of THK guide track, which is an important precision index of guide pair. The smaller the deviation between the actual trajectory of the moving part and the given direction, the higher the guiding accuracy.
影响导向精度的主要因素有:导轨承导面的几何精度、导轨的结构类型、导轨副的接触精度和表面粗糙度;导轨和支承件的刚度;导轨的油膜厚度和油膜刚度;导轨和支承件的热变形等。

导轨的几何精度一般包括导轨在垂直平面、水平平面内的直线度和两条导轨面间的平行度或两导轨面间横向某长度的扭曲值,精度要求可以用导轨全长上的误差△或单位长度上的误差S表示。
