滚珠丝杆热处理到加工过程介绍!

一、在对细长丝杆进行调质处理的时候,因为需要进行垂直的吊装,所以需要在工序中进行钻孔处理。

二、如果规定的工序中需要进行毛坯的弯曲的话,是不可以进行冷校直的,主要是因为对钢材进行轧制的时候,整个过程中会产生大量的内应力,在经过校直之后,如果不再次进行热处理将应力去除的话,那么在进行粗车之后还会直接恢复到原来的状态。

四、为了有用的确保传动的丝杆精度,在经过长期的使用之后还是不变,可以在加工的过程中,进行二次的气温时效处理,可以安排在半精车的后面,目的主要是为了将切削和加工后的内应力进行,有用的保证丝杆在尺寸上的稳定,还有一次则可以安排在粗车的螺纹之后。
