直线导轨的基本构造是什么?

基本构造是由1.直线导轨、2.直线运动滑导块、3.滚动轴承用滚珠构成。

对于这种构造可根据使用规格选择各种产品。例如采用密封板类零件构造可实现其防尘性和无尘室使用要求,采用滚珠保持器构造可提高其滑动性能等等。此外,对于直线滑动条件和负载、为了实现更高的导向精度,根据实际情况可采用2支导轨或和多个滑块的构造。

直线导轨的性能基本上是由滚动轴承单元的构造决定的。导轨上滚珠用导向槽的个数称为「列数」,在滚道内滚珠的接触点数作为「点接触数」、用来表现滚珠轴承单元的构造。这种多列滚珠轴承的构造,即使在急速加减速时承受力矩载荷或长时间在严苛条件下连续运行等情况下,也可保持其精度。

直线导轨采用循环滚珠型构造,摩擦力小、可实现平稳运行。另外还有内置滚珠保持器,循环滚珠相互接触、无摩擦音,可实现长久无噪音和平稳运行的的直线导轨滑块构造。
