直线导轨润滑剂的区别

1、直线导轨油的主要特点是强粘结性、耐水性和极压抗力。导轨载荷一般为10~100KPa,精密机床约为30KPa,中等载荷为350KPa,载荷大于1KPa。导油的作用是保护导轨和滑块,使套圈不磨损,使导轨的精度长期得到更好的保护。

Hydraulic guide oil has advantages and can be used in two parts. However, in the hydraulic system, its effect is not as good as that of hydraulic oil and special rail oil, but it is harmless to light load small machine tools.
