  一、何为丝杠支座组件:与滚珠丝杠配套使用的专用轴承组件。丝杠支座组件是工业自动化设备中用于支撑、固定滚珠丝杠,并保障其稳定运转的配套零部件组合,是滚珠丝杠传动系统的核心辅件之一,广泛应用于机床、机械手、直线模组、自动化生产线等设备。

  二、丝杠支座组件的构成:1、支座壳体组件的基础承载结构,是整个支座的 “骨架”。材质可选用铸铁(高刚性)、铝合金(轻量化),也可定制不锈钢(耐腐蚀),用于与设备机架、工作台等结构固定,同时容纳内部轴承等零件。2、精密轴承核心功能部件,决定支座的承载能力和运转精度。常见类型有角接触球轴承、深沟球轴承:角接触球轴承:可承受径向 + 双向轴向载荷,适配固定端(FK 系列) 支座;深沟球轴承:仅承受径向载荷,适配支撑端(FF 系列) 支座。3、轴承定位与锁紧件包括锁紧螺母、止动垫圈、轴承端盖,作用是固定轴承在壳体内的位置,防止轴承在丝杠高速旋转时发生轴向窜动,保障传动稳定性。4、密封防尘部件属于选配部件,包含油封、防尘圈、密封端盖。主要用于粉尘、潮湿、油污等恶劣工况,避免外界杂质侵入轴承内部,同时防止轴承润滑脂流失,延长组件使用寿命。
