导轨丝杠直线度误差检测你知道吗?

(1)直线度误差测量基准可任意选择,评价基准应符合较小条件原则。也就是说,在测量导轨的精度时,被测导轨的实际轮廓必须包含两条平行的理想线,并使理想线之间的距离高度较小化。两理想线之间的距离称为导轨包含线,即被测导轨的直线度误差。
