教你如何防止导轨滑块出现爬行现象

在直线导轨上使用含有极性添加剂的导轨油;用减小结合面、增 大结构尺寸、缩短传动链、减少传动副等方法提高系统的刚度。

在可能的情况下,应尽量增加轨的工作长度,这是因为增长后,不但可使直线导轨表面接触变形引起的动导轨偏转角减小,而且还使直线导轨各处压力均匀。

为了提高直线导轨导轨副之间的耐磨性和防止咬焊,动导轨和支承导轨的材料禁忌相同,原则上是一硬一软。如果材料相同,也一定采用不同的热处理方法,使双方硬度不同。

在直线导轨副中,支承直线导轨一般采用淬火钢或淬火铸铁,动导轨多采用塑料软带导轨。在高精度机械系统中,一对直线导轨副均用不淬火的耐磨铸铁材料,这是因为各导轨需进行刮研精加工,而对于不太重要或不常运动的导轨副则使用普通的灰铸铁材料。

In the high-precision mechanical system, a pair of linear guide pairs are made of non quenched wear-resistant cast iron. This is because each guide needs to be scraped and polished. 此外,应注意直线导轨的硬度一般应比支承导轨的硬度要低。长直线导轨的耐磨性和硬度比短直线导轨要高,因为长导轨各处的使用情况不等,所以磨损程度也就不一样,而不均匀的磨损对加工精度的影响又很大,并且长导轨不易做到完全防护,受到意外刮伤的机会也多。
In addition, it should be noted that the hardness of linear guide is generally lower than that of supporting guide. The wear resistance and hardness of the long linear guide are higher than that of the short linear guide. Because the use of the long guide varies from place to place, the wear degree is different. The uneven wear has a great impact on the machining accuracy, and the long guide is not easy to be completely protected, and there are many chances of accidental scratches.
