滚珠丝杠副间隙的调整方法有哪些?

滚珠丝杠副间隙调整有以下三种方法:

There are three ways to adjust the clearance of ball screw pair
一、垫片调隙法
1、 Gasket clearance adjustment method
这种方法通常是利用螺钉,通过连接滚珠丝杠副两个螺母的凸缘,同时在凸缘之间添加垫片来调整。添加的垫片的厚度能够让螺母产生轴向位移,从而达到间隙和产生预紧拉力的作用。垫片调隙法的特点是结构简单、可靠性高、刚度高以及装卸方便。但是有利也有弊,这种方法耗时,而且一旦调整好之后在滚珠丝杠工作时不能再随意调整,如果想要滚珠丝杠副的间隙再变化,那么则想要更换不同厚度的垫片来进行。
This method is usually adjusted by connecting the flanges of two nuts of ball screw pair with screws and adding gaskets between the flanges. The thickness of the added gasket can make the nut produce axial displacement, so as to eliminate the clearance and produce the pre tightening force. The characteristics of the gasket clearance adjustment method are simple structure, high reliability, high stiffness and easy handling. But there are advantages and disadvantages, this method is time-consuming, and once adjusted, it can not be adjusted at will when the ball screw is working. If you want to change the clearance of the ball screw pair, you want to replace the gasket with different thickness.
二、螺纹调隙法
2、 Thread gap adjustment method
螺纹是这样产生的,其中一个螺母的外端有缘而另一个螺母的外端没有凸缘而制成螺纹,当它伸出套筒外时,用两个圆螺母将之固定住,然后旋转螺母,即可间隙,并产生预拉紧力。
The thread is produced in such a way that the outer end of one nut has a flange, while the outer end of the other nut has no flange. When it extends out of the sleeve, it is fixed with two round nuts, and then the nut is rotated to eliminate the gap and generate the pretension force.
三、齿差调隙法
3、 Tooth difference adjustment method
在两个螺母的凸缘上各自制圆柱齿轮,两个齿轮相差一个齿,然后装入内齿圈中,内齿圈用螺钉或者定位销固定在套筒上。调整滚珠丝杠间隙时,先取下两端的内齿圈,当两个滚珠螺母相对于套筒同方向转动相同齿数时,一个滚珠螺母对另一个滚珠螺母产生相对角位移,从而使得滚珠丝杠螺母对于滚珠丝杠的螺旋滚道发生相对位移,达到间隙并施加预紧拉力的目的。
On the flange of the two nuts, cylindrical gears are made by ourselves. The two gears differ by one tooth, and then they are installed into the inner ring gear, which is fixed on the sleeve with screws or locating pins. When adjusting the clearance of the ball screw, first remove the inner gear ring at both ends. When the two ball nuts rotate the same number of teeth in the same direction relative to the sleeve, one ball nut produces relative angular displacement to the other ball nut, so that the ball screw nut produces relative displacement to the spiral raceway of the ball screw, so as to eliminate the clearance and apply the preloading force.
